Seems fitting that, as NBC rolls on with it's Education Nation fiasco, we get to see one more thing that the US schools aren't preparing our kids to do: leaf carving. (Also: Math, English, Science, and Geography.)

We're quickly falling behind China in the leaf art arms race, people. Where's the outrage?
