Where is everyone???

Most of the ad folks I know are loud, quirky and borderline-insane (which is the best kind of insane to be). I'm craving that. Where are my passionate fellow ad professionals and why can't I hear you guys? The Egotist is pretty kickass network with an impressive following.

What's it going to take to get it up and off the dirty concrete ground here at home, DCB?

If anyone knows how to create buzz, it should be us.
